Meet the Team

Nancy K. Brown

I would like to share some information about myself. I lived for many years in Spokane Washington, graduating from Washington State University.  I was then married to an officer in the military for 18 years.  I have two children and one grandchild. Upon my husband’s retirement, I became a teacher in the public school system of San Antonio.  After teaching for 15 years, I was hired by Johns Hopkins University to train school teachers in reading curriculum. In this position I traveled throughout the United States and Canada.

In 2006 I earned a real estate license, which was my goal for many years.  Subsequent to earning the real estate license, I completed the GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) curriculum and earned that certification.

I am committed, as a realtor, to provide professional and ethical services to all clients.  I pride myself on being efficient, trustworthy, well prepared, and timely with all transaction tasks. Currently, I am a member of both national and Texas associations for realtors.

Carmen Buenrostro
Carmen Buenrostro was born and raised in the Rio Grande Valley. In 2006, she graduated from UTRGV, formally known as The University of Texas Pan American, with a B.A. She became a Jr high teacher, and taught Spanish and English for 7 years. In 2010 she married her husband Ivan and in 2011 they moved to San Antonio where she continued to teach. After having their first baby in 2014, she decided to stay home and spend some time with her new born. In 2015 they welcomed their second baby and her new career in Real Estate.

As a former teacher she has a passion for helping and guiding every step of the way. She understands that home buying & home selling are major milestones and that communication is very important in order to make these processes as seamless as possible. She is also fluent in Spanish!

Blanca Duarte
32 years ago I began working with a title company in Laredo, Texas and decided to get my real estate license. I loved selling real estate, but if I was not selling, I would work full time at the title company. Eventually due to the high interest rates and a poor real estate market in Laredo, I let my real estate license lapse. Then in 1993 I moved to San Antonio and worked with several title companies and renewed my real estate license in January, 2000. I still enjoy doing title work, but I love helping people and real estate is definitely a “people” business. I am fluent in Spanish, so if there is ever a need for a Spanish speaking REALTOR, I can help.
Amarilis Fraticelli
Amarilis Fraticelli was born and raised in the beautiful Caribbean island of Puerto Rico. She has been married to her husband Felix for 15 years and is the proud mother of two.
After high school she decided to pursue a career in engineering at the Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico where she graduated with honors. She went to work in the Pharmaceuticals Industry until deciding to stay home and raise her children, Ana Sofía and Jan Gabriel.
In 2007 Amarilis decided to follow one of her passions and opened a Photography Business. As a photographer she had the privilege of showcasing her newborn photography at major hospitals in Puerto Rico. After seven years of photographing families and babies Amarilis and her family made the decision to move to San Antonio.
In 2015 she became a Realtor. As a photographer and engineer for many years, Amarilis understands that listening to what her clients want is key to finding the perfect property that will make them happy.
Dan Russell
“My wife and I have been together for over 30 years and have three children and six grandchildren. I have a diverse background including information technology, ranching, construction/remodeling, real estate sales/investment and property management. I received my degree in business from the University of Texas in Austin and more recently completed all course work required from Champions School of Real Estate to obtain my realtor’s license. I am a member of both the State and National Real Estate organizations including the National Association of Realtors and the Texas Association of Realtors. I look forward to working with anyone who is looking for help in acquiring that “perfect” property whether a first time buyer or the most seasoned investor.”
Misty Nicol Rios

I have been married for 23 years and we have 2 boys ages 18 and 14 that I have stayed home to homeschool. My husband is a retired Army Veteran, during his military career we lived in many wonderful places, Hawaii was our favorite! When he retired, we knew San Antonio was where we wanted to put down our roots.

I have attended Northwestern State University working toward my degree as a Lactation Specialist and Champions School of Real Estate to obtain my Real Estate License.

I look forward helping my clients find their forever home, land to build on; or that perfect rental property.
